Warranty:

* The warranty only covers manufacture defective. Defects or damages from abnormal use, unauthorized repairs, alterations, improper installation, and other acts will not be covered by warranty.

* It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by licensed/professional personal.

Return and exchange policy:

* We understand you are purchasing before physically viewing our products. If you are not 100% happy with the product* you have received, please phone our office on 0294178283 within 7 days and you will be entitled to a full refund, less the cost of freight, once the goods have been received by our office.

If after 7 days, JC Bathrooms agrees to accept the return of all or some of the ordered goods, JC Bathrooms reserves the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee of the cost of the goods to be returned (not including freight). Freight arrangement and cost will be the customers' responsibility.

Please note, goods must be returned in their original condition.

*The only exceptions are our custom made vanities and cabinets as outlined. Depending on the degree of customisation, this may affect our ability to on-sell the purchased goods. We will have to consider if a full refund is applicable on a case by case scenario. However, if the goods we supplied are outside your supplied or agreed specifications, naturally a full refund will be forthcoming and the return freight will be at the expense of JC Bathrooms.
